Flipping Kids has a reputation for delivering progressive quality classes and camps, helping build happy confident, and strong kids.

As we are a purpose-built sports center all our coaches have been carefully.

Selected for their ability to teach correct technique as well as an understanding to ensure every child will flourish and experience achievement in a fun and encouraging environment.

Gym Fun Camp - 1 hour 15 mins

2-3 years adult accompanied

4-6 years unaccompanied

This Camp takes place in our Gym Area with carpeted sprung floor, vaults, balance beams, uneven bars, tumble track trampoline with foam pit. This is an extended version of our popular Tots classes, and an introduction to all foundations for Gymnastic skills. In this session, we begin with our music warmup, a fun way to learn how to land correctly, body awareness, correct shapes, and positions. Due to the extended session, more time is dedicated to detailing how to master specific gymnastic skills on all apparatus. The last half hour is gymnastic challenges, and fun games appropriate to the age level.

Gymnastic Camps - 3 hours

5+ years (4 year old can join with adult present, until Coach is satisfied child can follow instruction)

This Camp is perfect for beginner and Intermediate level gymnasts and takes place in our Gymnastic area, sprung floor, balance beams, uneven bars, tumble track trampoline with foam pit.

Children will be grouped according to ability, and correct technique will taught on all apparatus including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, walkovers, front tucks, choreography and artistry.

Parkour/  Ninja Acro Camps - 3 hours

5+ years

This camps title is exactly the variety of activities in this fun camp. As well as our popular Parkour skills to be learnt, precision jumping, warped walls, rope swings, sliding down poles, we are introducing some Ninja obstacle courses, and acrobatic skills.

​

Full day Camps : 6 hours- 10.30-4.30

This Camp is your choice of Parkour or Gymnastics.

Lunch break will be from 1.30-2pm

2pm- 3.pm  sensory aerial yoga swings, no bake cooking/ craft fun games and physical challenges

3.pm-4.30 pm- Parkour or Gymnastics

Advanced Gymnastics - 3 hours -2.30-5.30

This Camp is open to our Competitive Team Gymnasts ( Australian Level 2+ ) and guests that have already mastered skills from backward/forward walkovers. 

​

Private lessons: All our coaches are highly qualified international Coaches, and lessons can be tailored made to your needs. Whether your child is looking to improve skllls, achieve new skills, working towards any competitions, you can be guaranteed to have the very best gymnastic experience.​​​
