Kids love to run, jump, climb, and swing, and our classes will teach them how to do it safely, while learning the philosophy behind Parkour.
Parkour is a training discipline that involves moving rapidly through an area negotiating and overcoming obstacles.
An exciting way to stay fit both physically and mentally. It's art, exercise and play with a purpose.
Our specially designed Parkour Obstacle Course also includes warped walls, poles, monkey bar, ramps,climbing wall, bars and more.
Mini Parkour
Ages 5-6 years

This class focuses on fun, play with a purpose, and instilling confidence to safely explore the world around them. Rolling, running, climbing, balancing and landing techniques. Improving concentration, spatial skills and confidence .
Intermediate
Ages 8-10 years
1 hour
Building strength, fitness and confidence, these classes teach a wide variety of techniques and skills that include running, vaulting, climbing, rolling, precision jumping, swinging, warped wall, monkey bars, landing techniques and acrobatic skill.
Junior
Ages 6-7 years

Senior
Ages 11-13 years

Advanced
7+ years

This class is for students who are already experienced in Parkour, OR by invitation and are ready to move on to advanced skills. Please contact us for more details.
